How to Handle Junk Mail in Anytime Mailbox

You can use this article to help users understand how to manage unsolicited or promotional mail (junk mail) using Anytime Mailbox services.

What counts as junk mail?

Junk mail refers to unsolicited promotional, marketing, or irrelevant content sent to your virtual mailbox. All such mail is treated as incoming mail and will appear in your portal with an image of the label or envelope.

How to recycle junk mail

You may request to Recycle any unwanted mail directly in your portal:

  1. Log in to your Anytime Mailbox portal.

  2. Select the mail item.

  3. Click Actions, then choose Recycle.

Recycling is usually free depending on your plan. Once processed, the item is permanently discarded.

Will I receive junk mail?

Since your Anytime Mailbox address is new, you likely won’t receive much junk mail unless you’ve shared the address with businesses or mailing lists. Most junk mail comes from known or repeated sources.
