Can I Register a Business Located in Another Country Using a Virtual Mailbox?

Yes, you can register a business located in another country using an Anytime Mailbox address for mailing purposes—as long as you are able to complete the required information and documentation for the mailbox location you choose.

Our virtual mailbox service is available to both local and international users. Regardless of where your business is based, you may select a mailbox in another country, provided that:

  • You meet the verification requirements for that specific mailbox location.

  • You’ll need to submit the required identification and forms for approval, which may vary depending on the location and local regulations. For U.S. locations, this includes completing the USPS Form 1583 and providing two valid forms of ID. You can follow this guide to complete the USPS 1583, and view the list of acceptable IDs here. To check the specific requirements for a particular location, simply click this link.

Important: If you intend to use the address for official business registration, we recommend confirming with the appropriate government agency or registrar in your country or the mailbox’s country to ensure that a virtual mailbox address is accepted for that purpose.
